Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Fee:
(Applies to all types of appointments by Gary Joseph, Linda Maniscalco, and Lucia)
In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please contact our office. To avoid a cancellation fee, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel after the 48-hour window, you will be subject to a cancellation fee.
An invoice and secure payment link will be sent to you at the time of cancellation. The cancellation fee must be paid within 24 hours of issuance. Failure to pay within 24 hours will result in the fee being added to the total of your next appointment.
Please note: If the cancellation fee remains unpaid, you will not be permitted to schedule or attend any future appointments until the balance is paid in full.
No Show Cancellation Fee:
(Applies to all appointment types by Gary Joseph, Linda Maniscalco, and Lucia)
If you miss your appointment and did not contact our office prior to the scheduled time, you will be subject to a No Show Cancellation Fee. The fee is 50% of the total appointment cost.
You will receive an invoice and secure payment link at the time of the missed appointment. The fee must be paid within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in the charge being added to your next appointment total.
Important: If the No Show Fee is not paid within 24 hours, you will not be able to book or attend another appointment until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
If you are running late for your appointment, please contact our office. If you are more than 15 minutes late, without notifying our office, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be subjected to a No Show Cancellation Fee.
Virtual Appointment Policy:
Payment for virtual readings are to be made prior to the appointment. If payment has been made, and you are unable to make the appointment, there are no refunds. We can reschedule your appointment to another date or time. There are no refunds. If you change your appointment from in person to virtual, payment for the reading must be made prior to the appointment. If payment is not made, you will be subjected to the above Cancellation & No Show Fee.

You’ll receive an invoice and secure payment link directly from our appointment system.
Payments can be made quickly and easily using credit or debit card.
All virtual readings must now be paid at least 2 days before your scheduled appointment.
If payment is not received by the due date and time, the system will automatically cancel the appointment.
We believe this update will make your experience smoother and more convenient — so you can focus on what matters most: your reading.
*** For all cancellation fees: When rescheduling your appointment, full payment (with cancellation fee if not paid prior) will be due one week prior to your new appointment. Failure to make payment will result in your new appointment being cancelled. ***
Psychic readings are for entertainment purposes only. For Reiki appointments, it is the clients responsibility to please advise of any allergies to anything, and to let us know of any surgeries prior to the appointment.
