TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Age Requirement: Participants must be 21 years or older to attend the event.

2. Entertainment Purpose: The readings provided during this event are for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

3. Cancellation Policy:

   • Tickets are non-refundable.

   • If the event is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued.

   • No rescheduled date will be provided for canceled events.

4. Recording Policy: No video or audio recording is permitted during the event.

5. Purpose: All psychic readings provided during the event are for entertainment purposes only. They are not substitutes for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

7. Liability Waiver: By attending, participants release the organizer (Psypic Inc. and Wine, Vine, & Dine Inc.) from any liability for personal or emotional distress experienced during the reading. You are responsible to let us know of any food allergies prior to the event.

8. Payment: Payment for the deposit of the rest of the ticket, $100 is due when you sign in day of the event. All other forms of payment will not be accepted.

9. Changes to Terms: The organizer reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
