Our 2026 classes & events will offer a supportive, welcoming space to begin—or deepen—your journey back to yourself. Through curated classes, workshops, and future offerings, we provide tools for healing, clarity, and inner peace. Soul Reset (this years intention) guides you to quiet the noise, reconnect with who you truly are, and find balance through every experience we offer.

  • Our Reiki Circles are guided group healing experiences designed to support energetic balance, emotional release, and deep relaxation. Each circle begins with intention setting and offers a safe, supportive environment where participants can receive Reiki energy while resting and integrating at their own pace. These circles are welcoming for both first-time clients and those experienced with energy work.

  • Our meditation classes offer guided practices that support grounding, mental clarity, and nervous system regulation. Classes may include breathwork, visualization, mindfulness, and intuitive guidance to help quiet the mind and reconnect with the body. These sessions are accessible for beginners while still meaningful for those with an established practice.

  • The After Work Exhale is an evening group meditation experience designed to help you release the weight of the day and return to yourself. Through grounding breathwork, gentle guided meditation, and intentional relaxation, these sessions support nervous system regulation and mental clarity. Come as you are, exhale what you’ve been carrying, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered.

  • SoulSpace is an intimate healing circle that weaves together meditation, Reiki-infused energy work, and heart-centered conversation. Each gathering offers a nurturing space for reflection, emotional release, and spiritual alignment, allowing participants to slow down, reconnect, and feel supported within community. With each session gently guided by intention, SoulSpace invites you to clear what no longer serves you and create space for deeper self-awareness and inner growth.

    Each SoulSpace gathering may explore a unique focus or intention, offering an ever-evolving experience rooted in connection and self-discovery.

  • These workshops provide both education and hands-on experience with crystals and crystal grids. You’ll learn how to work with crystals intentionally for healing, manifestation, protection, and balance, while exploring their energetic properties in a grounded, approachable way. These classes are ideal for anyone curious about incorporating crystals into their spiritual or self-care practice.

  • Our private meditation sessions are fully personalized to support your individual needs, goals, and intentions. Each session includes an intake process to understand where you are and what you’re seeking, followed by a guided meditation tailored specifically to you. Clients may also receive different practices to support integration and growth between sessions.

  • Linda

    RN, Reiki Master

    Linda is a Reiki Master with years of experience supporting clients through energetic healing and restoration. Her grounded, compassionate approach creates a calm and supportive environment where clients can relax, release tension, and restore balance. Linda’s work is rooted in intention, presence, and a deep respect for each individual’s healing journey.

  • Lucia

    Reiki Master

    Lucia offers a gentle, heart-centered approach to meditation and group healing, guiding clients with care, presence, and intention. Through thoughtfully led practices, she supports emotional grounding, self-awareness, and inner calm. Lucia creates a welcoming space where clients feel safe to slow down, reconnect, and explore their journey back to themselves.

Each class is intentionally kept intimate to support a deeper, more meaningful experience. Space is limited and fills quickly.

Terms & Conditions

Payment is collected in person at the time of the class unless otherwise noted. Space is limited and advance registration is required.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend. No-shows without prior notice will be required to prepay for future Soul Reset classes.

Soul Reset classes support relaxation and self-awareness and are not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Participation is voluntary, and you may opt out at any time.
